What are the boat lift rules in Lantana?

Allowed; lift and lift cover need a building permitsurvey in duplicate

Lantana requires a building permit before a boat lift or boat lift cover is built, put up or structurally altered. The application needs a scaled survey in duplicate showing the dock the lift attaches to, the size of the lift or cover and where it sits on the dock. Residential docks themselves are capped at 1,000 square feet, 25% of the water body and 100 feet, and must keep 25 feet from neighbouring property lines.
