Lantana caps a residential dock at 1,000 sq ft in total, 25% of the water body's width, and 100 ft from the bulkhead or mean high water line, unless the water at 100 ft is shallower than 3.5 ft at low tide. Docks may be no wider than 6 ft and may not be built within 200 ft of the Intracoastal Waterway's navigable channel. No dredging is allowed for a new dock.
