Lantana sets a 20 ft setback from the high water line or the existing seawall, whichever is greater, for aboveground structures on Lake Worth lots. A patio or deck with less than 8 inches of vertical relief above the surrounding grade is not 'aboveground' for that rule, and patios are left out of lot coverage unless screened.
