What are the storm and debris rules in Bay Harbor Islands?

3 hoursafter a hurricane watch to empty dumpsters and clear yard debris

Bay Harbor Islands gives landowners three hours after a hurricane watch is posted for Miami-Dade County to empty or cover dumpsters of construction debris and to remove or tie down yard debris and trash, and the rule stays in force until the all-clear. Yard waste may not be put out at all after a watch unless a private hauler collects it before the warning.
