North Palm Beach requires boats and trailers kept at homes (boats up to 30 ft and 12 ft high) to be securely affixed to the ground or removed immediately on a hurricane or tropical storm warning. No one may generate yard waste for collection once a watch or warning covers the village, job-site wind screens come down on a warning, and docks, boat lifts and bulkheads must be kept structurally sound.
