North Bay Village authorizes the Village Manager, on a hurricane warning or alert, to order vessels removed from any dock, pier, wharf or mooring in the Village if a vessel would endanger public safety. Boats and trailers parked at homes must be mechanically secured to the ground on a hurricane warning, and the Manager may lift the gas leaf-blower ban for storm cleanup.
