What flood zone is Juno Beach in, and what does it require?

+18 in above BFEor design flood elevation, whichever higher

Juno Beach amends the Florida Building Code to require 18 inches above base flood elevation instead of the state's 1 foot, for both homes and other buildings. It also counts improvements over ten years, from the first permit after 1 June 1993. Six extra inches over the statewide minimum applies to residential and commercial projects alike.
