What are the boat lift rules in Hallandale Beach?

Davits allowed 10 ft from side line2 ft on lots 40 ft wide or less

Hallandale Beach's zoning code regulates davits rather than lifts by name. On lots wider than 40 feet at the water, davits must stay 10 feet from the neighbour's lot line; on narrower lots, 2 feet. No docked boat, dock or dolphin may reach more than 25% across the waterway, and boats may not be moored perpendicular except on Golden Isles Lake and the Venetian Marina.
