Right of entryto clear debris from private canals

Marathon gives the City a right of entry to remove disaster debris from canals, private or public - and from upland lots next to a canal when needed for equipment - when the City Manager finds an immediate threat, including submerged or partially submerged vessels making a canal impassable. Commercial dock applications must include an approved hurricane preparedness plan.
