Who touches your data

Service Providers

Every company that handles your information on our behalf, what each one does, and where.

Last updated 2026-10-02 · Version 2026-10-02

These companies process personal information on our instructions, to run this site and to answer you. They may not use it for their own purposes.

This is separate from, and much narrower than, the contractors we refer you to. A contractor is not a service provider — they receive your details for their own use. That is covered in Your Privacy Choices.

Infrastructure

  • Render (United States) — website hosting and delivery

Customer records and forms

  • Tomonagi (United States) — our CRM. Holds enquiry records, consent records and the forms on this site. Tomonagi runs on its own service providers, listed at tomonagi.com/legal/subprocessors

Messaging

  • Our email provider (United States) — delivering the guides, sheets and replies you ask for
  • Twilio (United States) — text messaging. Not yet in service. Listed here because it is where we are going, so this page is accurate the day it starts rather than a month later

Artificial intelligence

  • Anthropic (United States) — powers the automated assistant. Under our agreement, your information is not used to train their models. See the AI Assistant Notice. Not yet in service

Where

Every provider above processes information in the United States.

Changes

We update this page before a new provider starts handling your information, not after.

There is no mailing list for this page, so if it matters to you, check it. If you want to be told when it changes, email hello@walldockdeck.com and we will add you to a short list of people who get a note.

A disclosure about ownership

Tomonagi and Wall Dock Deck are owned by the same person. Tomonagi is a separate business with its own customers, and Wall Dock Deck is one of them, on the same terms as anyone else. We are telling you because an undisclosed common owner in a data chain is the kind of thing you should hear from us rather than work out yourself.

Every agreement and policy

All of them, in plain language.
