Highland Beach's permit checklist says the contractor or applicant must be registered with the Town through MyGovernmentOnline, and even subcontractors who don't pull permits - framers, drywall hangers, painters, window and door installers - must register if they aren't the permit holder's payroll employees. Every application needs a cost estimate signed by both owner and contractor showing the contractor's licence number.
