Do I need a permit to repair a seawall in Cutler Bay?

Yes, plus DERM Class Itown building permit + county Class I

Cutler Bay has no seawall-specific section, but development in a flood hazard area needs a town permit, and seawalls in coastal flood zones need other agency authorisation. Most repairs also need a Miami-Dade DERM Class I permit, which the county requires for work in tidal waters in every city; sealing cracks and repairing pilasters are exempt.
